Finding Great Cordless Leaf Blowers
The very first thing that comes to my mind every time of the year is that we need new gardening tools, especially new cordless leaf blowers. It comes with seeing leaves gracefully falling to the ground in a slow autmn breeze, watching them gently touch ground in a burst of beautiful colors that paint the environment like one of these famous pictures that you often times can admire in a museum. I love this time of the year and do not mind the extra work it brings for us when we need to add in a few more hours per week in order to keep our garden and the walk ways neat.
We actually own a lot of gardening equipment. Our family is into gardening and we visite gardening shows and even exhibitions a few times every year. We are members in two different gardening clubs and meet up with other interested individual several times a month throughout the year. My husband is a born – and very creative – land scaper. He always is planting something new or correcting the growth of one of our small trees by cutting branches that would weaken them due to their stray growth.
Those gardening meetups are always a hughe opportunity to exchange ideas or to talk about the latest developments in our garden. There is a lot of input and ideas to take home with from these meetings and to try out over the coming days. For those who are not into gardening, you might not know that being an active gardener comes with a lot of care and work on a daily basis not only in the garden itself but also with driving to gardening shops, gadget stores or green houses. There is a long list of supplies you need and have to stock up regularly.
Autumn requires tools that are able to deal with the falling leaves and for what reason ever our Makita blowers usually makes it only through one season. Maybe the leaf load is too much for a gas blower or an electric blower. Most of them are not made for heavy duty work. My husband though insists on only buying a cordless one. He wants to not stumble over the electrical cord and also have space to move around.
When I was over at our supply shop last week my eyes were drawn to a laef blower combo that also had a hedge trimmer. I was told that this combo was particularly famous and had even won a prize. It had been featured on TV many times and must have been what our closest gardening friends were gushing about so excitedly. This cordless leaf blower combo though was a little bit heavy on the price and it would require some talking into for my husband to agree on a buy. But if we had a cordless leaf blower that could last beyond just one season that might be well worth it.
